Youth Volleyball Program [YVP]

Youth Volleyball Program [YVP]: Triangle’s Youth Volleyball Program is the most popular youth volleyball training program in the area. YVP programs offer age-appropriate skill development, opportunities to play volleyball games and even opportunities to compete in a league format. When appropriate, accommodations are made to encourage player success.  Younger players will learn skills with the aid of “volleylite” and “first touch” volleyballs, lower nets, and other modifications designed to help younger players learn and play with proper fundamentals. YVP is the perfect beginning volleyball experience. In addition to the fundamental beginner courses, players can advance specific skill areas at YVP Basic clinics [i.e. Attacking, Ball Control, Learn-2-Serve].

Attendees: Boys and girls grades 2-9.  No previous volleyball experience is required.

Offerings: Particpants are welcome to repeat camps and clinics.  Beginners are often suggested to repeat to achieve basic repetitions in order to refine a skill.

  • Camps/Courses: YVP All Skills, Boys Play the Game [Classic Series], YVP Day Camp, YVP Mini Course, YVP Play the Game
  • Clinics: Attacking Basics, Ball Control Basics, Learn 2 Serve, Games & Play
