Summer Camp Guide

Welcome to Triangle Volleyball Summer Camps – we would love to spend the SUMMER with you! Below is a breakdown of the camps and clinics that are offered at Triangle Volleyball Club this summer. Registration opens in Oasys on Monday, April 1st.

Our camps are divided into 4 categories: YOUTH VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM [YVP], CLASSIC, XTREME AND SPECIALTY TRAINING. Please read below to find out which series is the best fit for you:

YOUTH VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM [YVP]

Beginners
Elementary and Middle School ages
Offers multi-day camps and clinic options

CLASSIC SERIES

Intermediate level – some experience that can range from a couple camps/clinics to being on a team
Middle and High school ages
Offers multi-day camps and clinic options
Can choose from general skill camps and position specific camps

XTREME SERIES

Advanced level – must have experience playing on a competitive team
Ages 14 and up ONLY – special permission for younger advanced players is by approval from Triangle Volleyball Club ONLY
Offers position/skill specific multi camps and clinics

SPECIALTY TRAINING

PowerCore 360^® – hit harder AND safer with this propietary hitting program
Defensive Specialist Academy
Triangle Setting Academy
Vertical Jump/Strength & Conditioning

WHAT CAMPS & CLINICS WE OFFER THIS SUMMER:

ALL SKILLS CAMPS – 2 day/3 day and 4 day options available in both our YVP and CLASSIC SERIES levels

SKILL CLINICS – 1.5 hour clinics that focus on a specific skill. Offered in our YVP, CLASSIC and XTREME SERIES levels

DAY CAMP – 5 days long from 8:30AM-4PM offered in our YVP and CLASSIC SERIES levels

TUNE UP CAMPS – trying out for a middle or high school team? Take a tune camp – a mock tryout that will help you know what to expect at your upcoming volleyball tryout. Offered in the CLASSIC SERIES

POSITION CAMPS – Setter, Middle Blocker, Libero and Outside/Right Side Hitter camps available in both the CLASSIC and XTREME SERIES

POWERCORE 360 – Technical course teaching players how to hit harder and safer – open to all levels

TRIANGLE SETTING ACADEMY – Technical training for setters – open to all levels

DEFENSIVE SPECIALIST ACADEMY – Technical training for defensive specialists/liberos – intermediate and advanced level players

GAME ON – All drills and play, fast paced and fun – middle school and high school JV and Varsity options available
